Is the back-end made with PHP? Do you guys use any frameworks?
We don't use PHP for our websites - there's a lot of custom technology involved instead.
This is also the reason we can't simply drop in a new forum system made by another company - it would probably be as much work to integrate it as it would be to add the features to our existing forum from scratch!

Question: Will the Bestiary also coming available for IE / firFox later on?
That's up to Microsoft and Mozilla. The Bestiary (and our new HTML5 game client) use web standards and technologies that aren't currently supported by these browsers.
We aren't intentionally limiting the Bestiary and our new HTML5 game client to these browsers. If Microsoft and Mozilla add the features we use then it will start working. Opera did this recently and now you can see the Bestiary in Opera 15

About those Seasonal highscores...
I heard it tracks who has killed the most bosses per day. Is this also divided into 'Person with most KBD kills', 'Person with most QBD kills'... or will it be 'People with most boss kills'?
Looking forward to this!! =D
We'll be launching with most Zilyana kills over a 2 week period; but we'll be looking to add other bosses to this further on down the line as well
. Additionally, we can potentially do HiScores based around quickest boss kill times as well.

What's the difference between the Seasonal Hiscores and the ones we have now?
Unlike the current HiScores, Seasonal HiScores will run over X amount of time (for example a day, a week, a month etc.) and once that time has passed and the HiScore ends, the HiScore is archived away and a new version of it will automatically start (with all data reset).
This means if you don't win the first, second or even third occurrence of a particular HiScore - it's not over, you can keep on trying.
Additionally, the content that Seasonal HiScores can be tied to is a lot more flexible. It's much much simpler for the Jagex developers to hook Seasonal HiScores into other content within Runescape. Now obviously these HiScores won't run indefinitely, they'll have a limited time span - so you'll need to keep an eye on the HiScore webpages to make sure you don't miss out
.
Finally, for RS3 and a first stage we've added player's HiScore rankes into the game (within one of the primary interfaces) as well, so players will be able to check their position for not only the Seasonal HiScores, but the general ones as well
.

Can we share seasonal hiscores on social meadia? Will there be any interfaces, sharing buttons etc that let us show off achievements in various social networks like facebook, twitter, etc?
Not for RS3 launch, but this is another one of those ideas that we definitely want to do! That's kind of the great thing about the Seasonal HiScore system; it lays a great foundation for loads of cool features in the future!
