With Runescape 3 and everything feeling brand new, can we finally release old names that have not logged on for x amount of years or months?

It's obvious that RS3 will be using the EoC system, but I was curious to know whether or not RS2 will be in the old combat system. I have heard quite a few rumors, but I don't want to get my hopes up.
Will the older graphics that have been in the game for a long time, since runescape 2's release be updated finally (Dwarves, Canfis/gnome robes, older quests and older quest monsters, Bows, NPC armors and default stance, Elves, boats and ships, Farm patches, Hunter creatures, Monkeys) no new graphic updates have come out in awhile, and i was wondering if your waiting for rs3 to do so.
Firstly, how will this affect Daemonheim? I spend most of my RS time in Daemonheim, and I want to know if RS3 will revolutionize the lovely dungeons in addition to the surface world, quests, et cetera.
Secondly, I really wish there were a way to implement agility into combat. Thus, in RS3, will Agility have a use in combat? An idea I have is to make players with higher agility levels be able to strike more rapidly.
Thirdly, will the main story of Gielinor implement Bob the Cat in any way?
We have an Exp Option to receive only 'Attack/Stre/Def, or all three (shared).'
Now I feel extremely sorry for those skillers that failed, it was horrible, so my question is, are you planning a 'Skiller' option for RS3? (Meaning no combat exp whatsoever)

Hello Jagex. I was wondering why Runescape 3 HTML5 Beta was so laggy and slow on my computer. I'm using Google Chrome and all but i can't seem to fix my lag problem.
