Currently, in the live game there are severe errors that render the game unplayable (for example the 'black screen' glitch, bug, w/e)
Moving forward to RS3, what proactive measures will you be taking to prevent errors and, what measures will you be taking to improve the quality of your customer service?
Will a lot of the unlisted (or missing) music tracks finally be playable in the music list once all the audio upgrades are completed?

Don't buy keys on Treasure Hunter, if you do Jagex will only make more TH promotions
I know the music is going to get an orchestrated and choired up version (which I'm really looking forward to), but is it possible to also choose the older versions of the songs to play with as well? Or can the the files be uploaded onto the Runescape website at least? I can of want to have the option to hear them for personal/nostalgic reasons. I'm assuming I'm not the only one who'd like this.
I don't see runescape launching the way it is now as the HTML5 performance still is really bad. High FPS and load times. Will this improve before RS3 will be launched?
I got a decent laptop with hardware which is way better than what you call 'minimum requirement' and still it is horrible to play in HTML5.

Will you be able to customize camera movement, as in change how quickly it moves, what angles you can rotate it and have gradual movement opposed to a fixed speed?
The way it is now lessens your view of your surroundings and seems quite slow.
