It has been stated previously by many players that with increaed draw distances, the world looks smaller. Is there any chance that the world and much of the environments would be scaled up?

I've got a few questions:

INTERFACE:
-Will you ever introduce smaller interface themes for players with smaller screens so they can utilize as much space as possible?
-When can we expect to see a touchscreen-specific interfaces, if ever?
-Will we be able to disable the scroll to zoom function?
-Will we ever see emote commands like in other MMOs? I'd love to be able to /laugh and /cry without clicking on anything.
-Also like in other MMOs as well as plenty of PC games, will we be able to activate our HUD with hotkeys? For example, I want to view my inventory, so I push 'I'; for inventory, or 'B'; for backpack.

CONTENT:
-With the draw distance increased, what are the first things you plan to create/recreate to take advantage of the new visibility? Like others have said, will you be taking advantage of the range to expand the world and spread things out?

That's unfortunate but people were picked at random due to the specs of their machines; but there are loads of videos on YouTube showing all the cool features.
