1.) Please can you find out when Account Help response times will become more reasonable again, more like Billing Support’s and Tech Support’s. Any small piece of new info will do
2.) Sorry but I must say the Mat K’s avatar is ugly
It looked better before goblins were updated. You don’t have to reply to this, but I’d prefer him to change it lol
