Also~!

~ Did Seren and Guthix have a relationship in the "romantic" context?

~ If the Frostenhorn is an elder item, then is the Mahjarrat language one that hurts human ears? It has been assumed so for a long time.

~ How old can Elves actually live, and how do they age?

~ Could you elaborate more on the inate racial sense that Mahjarrat seem to have?

~ How did Dragith-Nurn assemble so many creatures, and hold so much power, and yet be so physically weak?

1. This will be mentioned in Seren content!
2. I can't confirm that the Frostenhorn is an Elder Artefact. There are other horns ingame, for example.
3. They're long-lived, but not immortal. Their lifespans stretch into the hundreds, if not thousands of years. They use high quality aging products.
5. The years haven't been kind to Dragith-Nurn. If he was an elf, he wouldn't have had this problem.

Saradomin and Guthix atm are such interesting characters with a lot going on already. Will you be making the effort to make the other gods just as complex?

It's our aim that EACH god represents a valid way of looking at the world - something that would encourage you to question your god affiliation. Saradomin, Zaros, Armadyl, Bandos, even Zamorak, will try to convince you that their path is true. And they will be very convincing.

greeting deer bloodsack called osborn!

i myself are not a follower of these *gods* but i for myself believe in proven power wich my great Lord Drakan has proven by whiping out the icyene and of course taking control of morytania!

so i make this very short and hopefully i get an answer from you:

When is my great Lord Drakan showing himself? do i have to w8 more years or what?

P.S: i also would like to know why u stole my Shadow Realm? I Lord Bakura are the true master of the Shadow Realm! not that pesky Sliske!

if you still have any doubt about it feel free to google my name. u will see the results muahahahahaha

Begone, foul ghoul, to the grave from which you stumbled forth!

Drakan is nothing but a distracted noble, his eyes locked on some distant stone. His two masters will soon return, no doubt, and then we shall see where is attentions rest.

As for the Shadow Realm, Sliske is pretender to that throne. You want it back? Go claim it from him. I would warn you that you've chosen precisely the wrong time to do so.

Baron Von Osborne.

1. Will Zaros ever come back?
2. If he does will he fight Zamorak?
3. Who would if that happened?
4. Why is daeyaly ore so important to the vampyres?
5. How did they turn Icyenes into Vampyres?
6. This is a theory that someone came up with on TV Tropes: The player is going to eventually kill Zamorak because it's already been proven that you can take on a god, due to the Chosen Commander, and that you can take on Mahjarrat (due to Fight Arena). Zamorak is only a false God, who used the Staff of Armadyl to bring down Zaros. As of Ritual of the Mahjarrat, that staff has been broken. Since Zaros wasn't killed (as per the Temple at Senntisten), it's easy to assume that the power Zamorak gained from him was released once the staff was broken. Every other major God has a reason for wanting this guy dead: Zaros wants revenge, Guthix wants balance to be restored (as evidenced by Juna's dialogue once you summarize the Temple at Senntisten) after Zamorak disrupted the natural order, and Saradomin has been wanting him dead ever since he took power. It's looking a bit more likely, as of The World Wakes, the player now has the ability to resist the power of gods. What is your comment on this theory?
7. Is Mother Mallum really dead?... She didn't fake her own death in Salt in the Wound?
8. Another theory from TV Tropes (may or may not be related to the one above): Zamorak and the player will temporarily team up because the new overall goal for the player as of The World Wakes is to keep the gods out of Gielinor. The most obviously difficult one is Saradomin, who probably has the most followers. His biggest enemy (besides Zaros) is Zamorak, who himself has fought a god as a mortal and won before. With Zamorak's experience and the player's unique anti-god power, Saradomin might be defeated. What is your comment on this?

Oooh, lots of questions. Let me cherrypick a few:
1. Who could stop him now? I doubt he's the same as when he left, though.
2. Well, they're probably not best buddies.
3. Zamorak is ascendant, while Zaros has likely lost power. It'd be too close to call. I don't feel it would be a clean fight, either.
4. It highlights one of their weaknesses.
5. Oooh, that question's a minefield. I'm going to point out a distraction now and move onto the next question.
6. No comment. If there was the opportunity to kill Zamorak, I'd like to think you'd have the choice.
7. Nope. That was a very accurate pillar.

1)In the memories you can view/read via Guthixian Butterflies, Guthix mentions that he found Artefacts already here (Horn,Stone,Staff). I'm not entirely sure about a Horn or Staff being introduced so is it possible we will be seeing more of these artefacts? Maybe even collecting or encountering them?

2)Am I to believe that TehNoobShow's telling of the history of runescape is wrong? Seeing as it was all VERY plausible I find this very hard to believe.

3)I'm not going to ask what exactly Zaros is the god of (even though it seems to just be evil) but since it's been left unanswered for so long I don't feel Occam's Razor applies so, just answer me this will we ever find out what Zaros is god of?

4) For my last question I'd like to know if even more hidden and strange lands stay hidden as combinations of fairy codes (like how you access the place for ROTM or The Fairy Queen's secret hideout) and if so will they be visited in future quests (or perhaps they are simply all different mod lounges XD)

Finally, I just want to say thanks for answering all of these questions even if you don't get to mine, I know by the time you read this you'll probably be sick of the phrase but I love lore :D

1. You can guarantee it. Some artefacts have been found, while others have not. Some are in the hands of gods, while others are walking around in volcanoes.
2. I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Sorry - let me know in a later post.
3. I can answer that. Zaros is the God of Control. We're dead set on that now.
4. You've reminded me - I need to talk to Mod Ana about returning to the Naragi homeworld with the fairy rings. More news soon!

I have but one simple question really. Considering how ungodly powerful Zaros is, clearly the only one even close to Guthix, could he possibly be an Elder God, or a descendant of one?

He's not an Elder God. He's been around for so long - as long as Saradomin, certainly. His original form is something I'd like to explore, and we have an idea of what he was.

I have a few questions pertaining to the gods storyline:

1. You guys said that Guthix was the last Naragi but only for a short time. Did he have another kid? Is it possible to turn other beings into Naragi (Seren mayhaps?)?

2. What would the vampyres do if Zamorak came back at the same time as Zaros? Cower in fear? Open themselves to the highest bidder?

3. Icyene. There must be more of them across the universe somewhere. Would Saradomin be able to bring them back?

4. Same goes for Armadyl and the Aviantese (Sounds like a band).

Now onto vampyres.

5. Were therwe ever more Blisterwood Trees? Or was there only one? Was it manufactured? Grown?

6. Daeyalt Ore. What?

1. Guthix was the last naragi for a short period of time between Aagi dying and Guthix becoming a god.
2. It's hard to predict how bored, ageless beings will react to a situation. I'd imagine they'd find a way to turn a profit.
3. I imagine that Saradomin returned to his seat of power when banished from Gielinor. It's likely that the Icyene homeworld was that seat of power.
4. Armadyl was in such a fit of mourning after his Aviansie died that you'd have to assume they were wiped out, and none were left on their homeworld.
5. I imagine there is only one. You've just reminded me of how much I loved Branches of Darkmeyer!
6. I know!

Well, I have various questions considering various heros and gods.

Elder Gods:

-Any chance we could know how many Elder Gods there are? There are three shown in the Origins of Gielinor but are there any more?

-Any chance we could have the names of the Elder Gods?

-TokHaar-Hok tells of his masters (the Elder Gods) returning someday. Does this mean the Elder Gods will return to Gielinor just as the younger gods are now?

Younger Gods:

-If the younger gods gained their godhood through the use of elder artifacts like the Staff of Armadyl, how did the first younger god gain his/her power? If taken like the others, who supplied the power needed to reach godhood?

-How many other gods are there outside of Gielinor, besides Tuska?

-Given Tuska was a name given by the Naragi while the boar god destroyed their world, it seems unlikely Tuska is the boar god's real name. So, what is Tuska's real name?

-Will any of the other gods, such as Tuska, be making an appearance in Gielinor?

Robert the Strong:

-Is Robert the Strong from Kethsi? If not, is he from Gielinor, or some other world?

-If Robert is not from Keth*i, then why did he hunt the dragonkin?

-Will Odysseus also be returning with Robert? (It is strongly hinted in RotM that he will be coming back, in human form)

1. There are more Elder Gods than are shown in the motion comic. Aside from Jas, I can recall another Elder God that is specifically mentioned in RuneScape lore. They aren't associated with Gielinor, however.
2. Nope. Not even if you beg.
3. That's what the TokHaar hope and believe. Who knows if they are correct?
4. The first god will have attained godhood solely through the use of an elder artefact
5. Not as many as you'd think. Tuska is one, and we have a few others in mind.
6. She has many names, but you're right - Tuska won't necessarily be the most common.

Why did Guthix become so powerful, more than any other God. It doesn't seem Skargaroth was as powerful as Guthix became. So where did the extra power come from? Was it inherent to Guthix or are there higher powers at work? "Real" Gods maybe?

Are there truly divine beings out there or are all gods just some more advanced and powerful people?

Guthix killed a god and maimed another. He had possession of the sword for a long period of time, and it was leaking magic. He then came across a world that had three artefacts, including the Stone of Jas - the most powerful of the artefacts. He had sole use of these for hundreds of years. This has made him quite the potent god - though he may be young for a younger god, he's prodigal.

It seems to me that you are being particularly mean when you (the lore folks) call the gods of the Menaphite Pantheon 'minor' and gloss over their existence whenever the topic of gods comes up. What does minor mean in the context of the Menaphite Pantheon, and what role, if any, will the gods of the pantheon play in the upcoming dramafest between the gods?

Does Amascut have any relation to Tuska, other than being goddesses of destruction? My reading is that Tuska embodies mindless destruction and Amascut embodies mindful destruction.

It is a little harsh, isn't it? I doubt that Amascut would consider herself 'minor'.

That said, in terms of power levels she is considered a demigod, and on the lowest rung of godhood. It's important to map these rungs out so that we can get a sense of who would be afraid of who. In Amascut's case, she is still awesomely powerful, and is both determined and (likely) mad.

I see the Desert Pantheon quests as a microcosm of the god wars, and you can be sure that they will be continued in the future. It's not likely that they'll cross over into the current god storylines, however.
