I very much agree with the point that you are trying to make. Although you are missing out on what the evolution of combat brought out amongst all of the players. We were never used to having hitpoints over 990 before this all began. Adding a combat bar? What about the new players of later generations? Even worst, a world of runescape having multiple multi zones?
Even though there are all these flaws in the game. Keep in mind that it is a game and games are played for fun and not played for hatred. Although I am against this evolution of combat update, I continue the game because even games with flaws are good in several circumstances. Not everything is perfectly made the way everyone wants it to be made. My best suggestions for you and everyone suffering from black screens etc. is to jus* stick with it and to be hopeful that the misfortunes would go away, instead of just sitting there blaming that a game such as runescape causes all the computer issues.
