I can kind of understand the concerns of some players that their 'achievements are being nulled', but it's hard as it's not really something that meshes with my style of playing games.
Like you, I don't mind if someone else wants to use the SoF, as their actions don't affect my own character in any way, I'm just happy to get on with my own game. It's almost the same as the situation that arose from the RuneSpan update to Runecrafting, with some players concerned that since they got 99 'the old way' that newer players had an advantage over them - I say be proud of your own achievements and the work you put into getting them!

Please give us some free hairstyles though the barber must be getting bored of the style he is able to do. He cuts thousands of people's hair surely he has learned some new stuff. And fix curtains long issues with some headgear eg the slayer mask and monocle.

To be honest I don't think it's so much the balance of the squeal - most people don't have an issue with how much XP or gold it gives. It's hardly overpowering. We all know this.
It's more the *principal* behind the wheel. I don't actually care if you give 1XP or 100K xp lamps, it's still selling experience, whilst indirectly, the avenue for it is there. I know you realize this as you have promoted the purchasing of experience in the past, such as Adventurer's Aplenty.
Secondly, the limited time promotions really do encourage purchasing of spins. That's the whole point of it, no? Otherwise you would not have designed it in such a manner. As such, the chances to obtain "x promotion item here" are not the same through free spins vs bought spins. Sure, you can obtain the yelp's amulet in 12 spins that you get from dailies, but you'd have to be extremely lucky, and hence buying spins gives you an advantage as such.
In all honesty I'd be less annoyed if I didn't have to see it every week. That way I can just ignore the feature I dislike about the game and get along with whatever it is I like to do on RuneScape. Feel free to promote it all you want on the Squeal of Fortune interface, but please dont' replace the awesome content the developers are putting out each week. I was saddened to see the GWD update pushed down because of a SoF update within 24 hours.

I'm not going to begin pulling numbers out of thin air because Jagex has the numbers and we don't. There's no point in arguing that notion as we can't really prove it. :P
It's always been the principal for most people, as you have always spoken against such mechanisms in the past.
In particular (@Mod MMG) you had a few interviews with Develop online, etc that were against this idea. Similarly Jagex was always "anti RWT" and against micro transactions as a whole. Even your own developers dislike MT's (and have expressed this on the forums :P ). The gowers always laid this message and it was stuck with players ever since.
The only reason we're so bitter towards it is you going against your own values, that's all.

Yes of course, I am proud of my own achievements and the way I go about gettin' em. But as someone who also cares a lot about other peeps, I don't want them to feel crappy about being out of everyone else's league due to not being able to access the same facilities as someone like myself.
Changes to the Runespan and similar content. *Grinds teeth* I have a theory on that but best not to go into it here, it will make things go a biiiit off topic lol. Too many high horses is all I'll say on that.
