This is what bothers me. A player earlier in this thread wrote: "... since [double spins] weekend, up to now (this adding any more lamps obtained from purchasing additional promos) I've been able to bump my Hunter level from 93 to 96, a massive amount of exp from lamps, and not one of them were large or huge. Each small lamp nets me 8k exp, and medium lamps about 12-13k exp."
The point of the post was that spins help players level up and a lot of those spins are being purchased. In other words, players are paying Jagex to level up their accounts. As that player wrote, "many peeps out there that feel they're achievements being nulled."
Jagex shouldn't accept money from players to level up their accounts.
Is it right for teachers to take bribes in exchange for better grades? No. Is it right for olympic judges to take bribes in exchange for better scores? No. Is it right for Jagex to take bribes in exchange for higher stats? No.
Please stop selling spins.
