It's splendid to see an addition to the Community Management team after not too much publicly taking place with it as of recent times, so I sincerely do hope you settle in perfectly and stay for the better.
All in all, I'll look forward to what initiatives you have in mind as well as your presumably proactive presence, and hopefully you turn out to be one of those lovely Jagex Moderators that have a more personal, much appreciated approach to matters. As in personal, I don't mean biased, of course, but rather an approach where you sincerely do care for all entities you are managing, and strive for an honest, cordial environment.
Anyhow, all the best, and as for a few questions to pass your way for now: what will you be doing to address some more pressing matters in certain communities that require Community Management to maintain more mutual communication with them, for example, the roleplaying forum communities? In addition to, presumably, more focus on Volunteer Moderators and their proactive role within the community, are there any specifics pertaining to Volunteer Moderators that you will be addressing on the forums, for example, confusion amongst normal players who don't have that added responsibility?
After all, clarity is a magnificent feat to achieve, and lastly, will you be focusing on the forums and how they are managed, as well utilized? As an avid forum-user, I do hope a greater deal of attention is shown by the Community Management team towards the forums. This doesn't only mean certain parts, such as specific forums or topics such as Forum Moderators, but the forums as a whole which is well-deserving and an excellent group to work with when you address them correctly.
