This is really amazing. Recently, Jagex's Billing Support teams and Player Support teams have been top notch, but Community Management has slowly fallen behind. I thought it was about time that Jagex invested more into their Community Management team, and now they have.
I'm mostly curious as to what direction you want to take this community. Would you mostly be concerned about attending events or trying to stop advertising bots?
Also, Jagex has changed Moderators from being 'police' to 'champions of the community'. Would you lean more towards stricter enforcement from the Moderators or more around being champions of the community? Or are you going to be somewhat moderate and go with the flow? Is there anything in particular you'd like to change?
Should we suspect changes to the way the forums are run, any new ideas? I'm more curious as to what you want to talk about than any questions I have!
However, regardless of what you choose (and I'd be happy with just about any of those choices) I'm sure you'll be a fine addition to the Community Management team. Welcome!
