I'm from New Zealand and seeing as we are surrounded by water and smaller islands boating is a HUGE part of our culture.
So 2011 summer (Over Christmas time for us) I had received a brand new fishing rod and reel (Now my favourite). 27th of December came around and I took my best mates out on the boat. We went camping for five nights over new years. We made our way to one of the distant islands in the gulf and we had a rugby ball, a cricket bat, tennis ball, wickets and also fishing rods, bait and beer. We fished for our food (Successfully) and played cricket and touch all day.
This trip will always be my favourite
