I'm not going to spend time making a video that no one will listen to so...
I remember when Jagex claimed they had 200M active players back in 2008, so I don't think it means anything other than one person getting free membership.
My fondest memory was when I got 99 Hunter, and had a house party.
The only thing that would bring me back to RuneScape is the removal of a bunch of crap no one likes such as micro-transactions and a reverting to a more compact, more established RuneScape where everything was balanced and developed. Treasure trails, teleports via magic and F2P have a purpose.

Dear Jagex,
I may not be a member and have not done anything special really but I do not have a video camera therefore cannot record my 200m Players video. I must say though, 200m Players is a lot. I'm looking forward to this for more PvP and also more players to quest with. Also it will be interesting to see all the fun times they will have. I remember when I finally got rune armour ( I'm sure everyone remembers this moment when THEY got it :p ) I was so excited. I completed Dragon Slayer and I felt like one of the BEST PLAYERS EVER. Now i am more focused on leveling up. But yes, it will be very exciting to see all the wonderful times that the new players will be having.

Well, the competition do suggest that you post a real-life video, but I definately don't see that as a must-do at all.
There are loads of things you can do - only your own imagination and creativty can put an end to what you can do. I'm sure originality can go far too. :)

Adding subtitles to a video can easily be done in an editting program, as well as lots of other cool effects. There are loads of the programs out there, and some are even free to use! :)

lol i remember joining at 50k... to all those users out their entering i wish you good luck knowing this will be dificult, i might enter my own if i can find my mic and camera... btw who remembers the barbarian wars west of the old clan wars that was so much fin and i remember my costume looked like a barbarian before the new stuff came out. lol i still hope everyone had memories of this great game as it advances through in new activities and milestones

Sad thing is I've been playing this game for over a Decade. There are so many things I could talk about, countless memories, experiences, good and bad. That is just the memories too, What of the other questions? There are so many things I would love to see in the future, and I dont even know what to say about the 200 million characters.
Unfortunately I do not have any high quality video equipment, and am not the best at speaking, live or recorded. I do however, have hundreds of screenshots, Video Clips, and experiences to share, far too many to even fit in a 10 minute video.
I really wish there was an option to submit an entry in Written form, for those of us who are not too good behind a camera. My entry will most likely be a scrolling credits sort of text, with matching screenshots and accompanied by some background music... Maybe George Thorogood or Free Bird, need a long song.
Youtube will probably block my video if I dont choose carefully though. :3
