If you need help making then im willing to help just well at the moment theres nothing to do at home so im willnig to take sometime off and work on it or speak up and say some suggestions.

All right, every of the ideas in the first post of the thread should be implemented.
No newsletter is complete without a random article.
Yes, I know there is the Article of the Week on the front page, but it would fit perfectly in a newsletter.
Preferably some things that aren´t used very often could be in there- like Tarn´s Lair, the Varrock church with Father Lawrence...
Of course, the random article wouldn´t be the same as the one on the homepage, and possibly they could be written about things not even found in the Game Guide!
In example, you could take an article of every inn in Gielinor to get you started.
Of course, these articles could be player written!
The Locations forum is filled with those- or you could open a thread for everyone to post on.
As for the other idea, there shouldn´t be only "Ask a J-Mod" but some few nice stories about what´s going on in the HQ.
This is also nostalgic, since the newsposts in early 2001-2002 were really personal (check "Gowerian Agility" for a prime example).
This would give all players a nice laugh, and will prove the mods aren´t robots... or at least make people think that

This could be put into the newsletter by concept art.
Possibly for upcoming updates, but preferably already released ones- people would certainly like to know how the TzTokJad looked when it first was on your table!
This would only work if you haven´t thrown all the concept art in the waste bin, but I can´t know if you have
Also, this function culd expand the Players´ Gallery- you could have a couple player-made pictures in here, so more players would get the chance of showing off their talent.

The one thing I would hope to see in addition to what's already been named is the Stories forum being considered for "Story of the Week" as well as the RP forum. They both have some brilliant stories, and I'm sure between those two forums the newsletter would host a very entertaining read.
