As Nyx Nox Nix said, if your forum avatar doesn't show the tattoo in your posts here, you won't be entered into the lifetime-membership drawing. You need to go get your forum avatar mugshot taken while you are 'wearing' the tattoo. I believe the photo booth for that is near the Makeover Mage (just outside the southwest corner of Falador's city wall).
