Regarding the "a Jagex mod will win it on their normal account, it's rigged" nonsense:
Jagex mods are given free membership on one normal account as a perk of working for Jagex, so they would have no need to win the competition in the first place.
Furthermore, Jagex mod's regular account are just that, regular accounts, it is not possible to influence their SoF spins, just as it is not possible to spawn items on them, teleport anywhere, or do any other Jmod account stuff.
All of this information is easy to find out...
Good luck to everyone in their spins, although it is an insanely small chance, it's still nice to see lifetime memberships given out for something, I think it's a cool idea to give some people it. =]

U may be right, still Jagex does do alot of manipulation so it's plausible that they can manipulate SoF. Never knew how they got free membership for one acc for working at Jagex LTD.

U can get prizes not shown on the wheel. i got 3 gold ore on one spin and it never appeared on the 13 prize slots

I have no idea why you're saying that "Jagex do a lot of manipulation" They have intervened to prevent price manipulation on a handful of occasions, but I can't think of much else, and certainly no situation comes to mind in which they screwed over players for their own in-game gain (sure, IMO they've screwed us for RL cash, but they work for their shareholders, not us, so at least doing that makes sense)
Anyway, just game mechanic wise, it would be a ridiculous idea to create any way that a non-Jmod account could ever be given an advantage in SoF, because if it could be done on a Jmod's personal account, it could be done on any regular player's account, and if it were found it would be abused.

Ever think there's been players that have received a tattoo as a prize but never knew about this thread?
Rigging a game in such ways would be a lot of unnecessary work...
And personally I like this contest since it gives the underdog a chance to run with the big dogs per say. Everyone has a chance to get something and with that a tattoo.
