Someone on hlf already did that, except the shaving head part and making real tattoo looking like those in the game. But he had painted some symbols on his face and took a pic of it. :) He didnt get lifetime membership for it :p

Hmph still haven't even seen a tattoo come up as an option, nor have I seen anyone with one in game..
Good luck to everyone though, lifetime membership is probably the best prize you could ask for!
