Well, this is an interesting competition. Good luck everyone.
I just have a question:
What the chance of winning rare/very rare/ and those ultra rare prizes?
In my opinion ultra rare is like 1/15k because with like 20 spins i got rare only thrice.

Most people don't even get a rare in 50 spins, so you're quite lucky. And as far as super-rares, it's FAR higher than 1/15k. Even with 1/15k, and a MODEST 300k spins a day, you would expect 20 people per day to receive a super-rare item. Given this estimate, since the update, you would expect to see about 140 super-rare items, maybe 20 of which were tattoos. Yet, the only pictures anyone has posted of them have been from the RSKB. If 20 people had them we'd of seen proof by now.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if the chance at getting a super-rare was closer to 1/100k, if not more.

Dear Mr. Fail Hard.
Jagex are goin to find if someone have skull tattoo, they can probably just "search" it somehow and find everyone in the thread with a tattoo avatar. And even if they can't they will still find it, no problems, if even i who didnt even need to do it could go through all pages just to see if someone had skull tatto, then sure jagex can too.
Also they never mention we cannot post here if we dont have tattoo.
Also you said we should not post "under any reason" still you post without that tattoo, noob.

This is the most unfair contest ya'll have created. There is certain peeps who is unlucky and never get any good drops or rare items. They could be playing for 8+ years and never recieve a rare drop or lucky item from the wheel. I is one of them peeps. I know the wheel ain't been out that long but ima tell you all I got since it was out was either 50 coins, cowhides or a bucket. And I spin twice a day since I is a member. I think certain accounts is blacklisted from getting good items.
