At least make it that you would have to have a 2 month old account...
Otherwise people will just make 123123M f2p accounts and hope that they win the draw...
(unless this is a ploy by Jagex to get more f2p's to buy memship... you guys are brilliant and evil)

I don't understand why everybody's moaning. You may have seen a tat and you might not have. Whether you get one or not, it doesn't matter you were only going to pay for your membership anyway and the fact you have a chance not to, no matter how slim - you should be happy.

And i think that it is fair to offer such a 'valuable prize' as it's being put through luck..after all, it means everybody has the same chance.

think the members who play years and paid for it for years and have high skills dont u think they deserve it more then someone who could possibly just bujy membership then get it thenm relaise yano i dont like this game think about it ? and its jsu a scam to make ftp wanna buy mems anyway
