i agree with some of the past people who posted. So being ultra lucky means u get luckier?
I see what's possible here is making more mem's account for more spins. but it would stink if i got it on a low level account instead of my main.
This would be more fair if it were say a reward from the fight kiln or something that is really hard to obtain but possible for people even with terrible luck.
I'd rather see the high level and dedicated players of runescape (like myself, 7 years of playing here) get this chance than some random lucky guy who just happened to be insanely lucky.
Edit: I'm another one of those people who hasn't even seen the tattoo's as a prize. I saw a pair of horns once but otherwise just coins and rares.
