We know that players have won the tattoos so there is no concern there. If the situation you described did happen then yes they would win the prize but it's likely that won't happen. :)
If someone in F2P did win the skull tattoo they would need to get membership and post here wearing it for a chance to win.

I'm not really into these sort of competitions these days, but lifetime membership certainly is one magnificent prize that many have dreamt of winning, so all the best to everyone in regards to having that as a prize ^_^ .
I'll be sure to point anyone with these tattoos to this thread, and thanks for the competition as a whole! Just your friendly neighborhood team player.
