@Dowdy10,

I assume they will give you a confirmation number, and maybe even require you to give them your name, age, etc. Then when all of the guests get there, they will require the IDs, confirming their validity of being a winner.

You mention the winners would be there with other big ticket winners. Does this mean there would only be one actual trip time during the year, or would there be a couple batches?

What time(s) of year would the trip(s) be? I know a number of us have school/work, so flying off to a gaming company may not register as a worthwhile reason to miss time.

1. What if the person is below 18 and has to go to school?
2. If the person who won is unable to go to Jagex, will they still receive other things like a life-time membership?
3. What if the person who won cannot speak English?

1. You can bring a parent or guardian with you since you are under 18. Don't worry, their trip will be paid as yours is paid too.
2. Mod Hohbein said this to the same question:

Page 16, post 4 of this thread.

"There will be a few events so even if you can't make one, we'd do our very best to get you to one of the others. However if you couldn't make it at all, then yea, I'm sure we could offer you a part of the prize (such as some membership) instead."

3. Jagex supports many languages so I'm sure they will ask another J-Mod to translate or find a person who will do so. :P

For people asking about other languages:

We have had plenty of players visit us in the past who don't have English as their first language!

Most of the trip will be about having fun - so the language barrier isn't a huge issue - however we do have J Mods on hand who are fluent in German, Dutch, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Polish, Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian.

Hey, seems good.

But what happens if you don't want to visit Jagex but you want the lifetime membership, is it ok to decline the visit to Jagex but keep the visit or will the entire prize be passed to someone else?
