Hi Lord Gavo,
I've checked with our specialist team. The issue with adding a list is that the phishing emails spoof the official email addresses so having a list that says all emails from noreply@jagex are safe would only risk accounts.
Even if a player adds the addresses to their e-mail address book it wouldn't be able to tell between a spoof one and a genuine one. If someone was to reply to one of these emails they’d come to us, not the person who sent it. However if they follow links on the spoof e-mails it would risk their account.
This is why the focus in the forums is on how to detect which are spoof e-mails and which aren't.
