There was a thread posted up in the account help section yesterday asking if such an email [ie the 8Realms one] was real. At first, I was sure it was a scam, as according to the identifying phishing emails thread, which I direct other players in account help too all the time, it says that 'beta access' is often used as a scam / incentive to get players to log in. After another player directed me to this thread, I was not sure if it was a scam or not, as the player did not give details as to what the email contained, only that it said they had VIP access.
Obviously all phishing emails are designed to get players to imput their pass.words, but after seeing this thread and with the lack of information from the other player, I was sure it was a scam email.
Been a while since I saw it as well, but their use to be a list of all the official email addresses that Jagex used in the account security forum. If by chance you see this Kathy and have the time, could you possibly get a list of them, as I could not find them in the account security forum

Would make it so much easier to help players who think they have a phishing email with a list like that
