Well you can give Jagex some credit, in the forums if you go to community home, they put in November quiz quest and November caption competition
(So it might be the November news is put the December news and it will have both caption competition/quiz quest winners...)

A bit strange and unfortunate we do not have this month's Newsletter yet to enjoy, but I do hope, on the other hand, that we have an even greater newsletter next month, or perhaps a newsletter that covers both November and December ^_^ .
At the least, I do hope we receive an update regarding what is happening, so hopefully our friend Jon H drops us a message sometime soon. Just your friendly neighborhood team player.

Guys bare in mind...
A lot of resources have been used up trying to repair Runescape.
There are a lot of issues they are working on.
Pro-BotNuke but I'm more Pro-Playing-Runescape :P
