The November edition will come out with the December edition. They have been busy with the Bot Nuke Day and the new website. This thread is no longer sticky because many players already know this. I didn't find any information source where it's still possible to see this, but it's possible to see little bit information in November Caption Contest thread, page 6, post 7.

Join any J mod friends chat. You can get very much information about RuneScape there, and suggest anything you want that RuneScape should have, or should be better/fixed.
I just found where it's possible to see some information; November Caption Contest thread, page 6, post 7. Mod Crow post.
