I'm shocked. Utterly Shocked. I used your Friends Chat to 'Socialize' in this game, and now you've taken that away from me.
Also, the whole games gone to ***** and you don't respond to none of us! yet you feel the need to post about your stupid Friends Chat. Dude! we need you to respond to more important things.

It kind of bothers me that he says the Chat was closed because of trolls, and yet if the players went anywhere else to complain about the updates (like the forums...) they basically get ignored.
Not to mention, if anyone in there was trollin', it was his ranks LBH.

Better call us cows, cause you are milking your players for all it's worth, with useless and not needed changes to the game:

Loyalty program - to keep us paying
then citadels - peer pressure to keep paying
then RaF - buying in game benefits = RWT
Now with an 'end of summer limited offer' 10% discount for 3 month membership.

All to line your pockets.
But you do nothing about bots and show no respect with your post here.

I agree with Pandora, Original Runescape Layout was fine.

Also..
'Moving Runescape Forward' .. Why would you wan'* to attempt it? I mean, if you move Runescape forward.. then you'l have no players left.

While I knew the closing of the clan was going to happen again I'm not really surprised at the recent updates either. Jagex has been so focused on the community lately with Dungeoneering, clan updates, loyalty and r.a.*. Jagex has clearly forgot about one important thing, who makes up the community.
R.A.F, 15% discounts, loyalty rewards, and free trade/wild return both target player types that the community may not want or need. R.a.f will see new members overwhelmed with content.
15% discount might see members who care more about price than the game experience.
Loyalty rewards also target people who may not be enjoying the game like they should be and only stay for that extra benefit.
Dungeoneering has been repeatedly reflected as a mostly group skill. While the concept is great the function is lacking. With the current system to effectively train the skill one must work with random people. While this is great with many things it clearly does not work with dungeoneering. Many people I and you may know do not touch the skill for one simple reason. The only reason people train the skill is to gain xp not to have fun with people. It should be the other way around.
Lastly, all of the above forms part of the community that you cannot disagree with (good or bad). Jagex needs to get back to atracting honest players. Then maybe the bots and cheaters will be less common, jagex can have less pressure with every update, and the game can be less problematic once again. The Golden Ticket |
