I personally use Camtasia Studio 6 it does not download the video as a video file it downloads it as a file you must "Extract" before you can view it.
On Hyper Cam which I used to use it would mess up while recording and I would finish the video and only half of the things I recorded had been caught on tape.
The only thing you can do is record it again just start all over and it will hopefully work.

Okay by quit I mean it would quit I mean it won't download again.itsays it successfulyl downloaded but it wont show it on the tool bar.And Can you explain that again with the camtasia studio.I don't understand about the extracting a file part.I used movie maker to open up one video I tried to make with camtasia and it worked but it won't work again.If I can't get this to work then im out of the competition

if you find the video file on your computer for Camtasia Studios and right click on it then it should have the option "Extract" and when you click that it will most likley be able to play.
I'm not so sure about the hyper cam but I think first you should find the movies in your computer and maybe go from there.
