@Jase Kiw,
There's two ways of doing that. (No auto-talkers involved
)
If you have Sony Vegas for editing software, the most popular (and probably the easiest) way is to use artificial RuneScape fonts. You'd just have to do an internet search for the RuneScape font and download it from somewhere (make sure its ".ttf" format or it won't work with Sony Vegas). After you have the font, add the text in another video track above your main video in the timeline on Sony Vegas. Then just move it/crop it into position. (A tip on positioning the text: copy and paste the crop positions.) This is the method that I use and many other video makers (like TehNoobShow and Excl) use, it's time consuming but I think it's better and I highly recommend it, especially if there will be voices in your video (this way the text matches up better with the sound)
The second way of doing this would simply be to pause your screen recorder in between sentences or words, so there is no extra recording in between your dialog. Or you could edit out all of the extra recording, but that would be more time consuming.
Good luck, if you have any more questions I can try to answer them (I hope I explained everything alright lol)...
Jagex not only WON'T make the next one an RSMV competition, they CAN'T. With all of the copyright laws and WMG audio removing on YouTube going on, there would be an outbreak of "WMG muted my audio because of the song I used, so I couldn't win." I hope the next one has a comedy theme or just freestyle like the first one. I really liked the "Siamsa" one.
Jousis,
Useally due to the fact you have a right to use audio purposes for 'non profit' and only 'entertainmet' matters then you will get the audio back but sometimes you don't.
On a le ciel pour limite
Donc on a pas le temps pour les regrets
Maybe have a contest where three items are used and you have to use the items to help your video in some sort of way.
Like having a pie, a trout, and a shovel. Everyone would have to use those items in their video.
