I'm currently seeking two actors, One with a Questcape, Varrock Armor 3, Karamja Gloves 3, Fremennik boots 3, white platelegs, and an ice amulet. :D
EDIT: Filled my lookalike spot.
The second actor needs to have and be able to wear a steel hasta, fremennik wooden shield, moonclan boots and Verac's Brassard.

@Personae - In my personal opinion, I'm not sure it would be legit. (But the again, I'm not judging as far as I know) "Personae's House of Horrors" doesn't exist in game, so I'm not sure it qualifies.
However, if You get creative you might be able to pull something similar off. If you are talking about something that does costumes, maybe you could use the clothing store in Varrock and call it the "Varrock clothing store of horrors" and play along with that ... so that it is still essentially the clothing store of Varrock.

Oh, and I could of filled the roll of a quest cape wearer, but it looks like you got somebody anyway. *whistle*
