Fergie Angel, I THINK it might not be considered copyright if you use less then 30 seconds of that song or something along the lines of that

Copywrighted means using the song without permission as in not the Correct terms E.g. Having it in a video that is selling music or something along the lines with treating the music badly.
You are aloud to use the music just don't miss use it and if it comes up on youtube with copywrighted all you need to say is that it is for entertainment purpouse only because if your new to adding music in thats not from youtube itself they might think your Miss using it.
