@Mr_Sarcastic, we aren't allowed to add any URL here so Im afraid you will have to find one yourself.
I advice you to get informed about who made each program and to get them from their site. It is a very safe way xD
Also I could type here again some programs but you better go to first page where Mod Crow made a list of few posts that explain details on video editing programs.
I hope this helps ;)

Hi (: I need a bit of help.
I use Adobe Premiere Elements v8 (I hope I can say that, as it is extremely relevant to my problem >.< ).
I've used other movie-making software in the past, and have not had a huge problem with green-screening. However, I'm a bit new to this software, and I just can't get the hang of the green-screen or chroma keyers. ):
Sometimes I can only get the background to turn to light brown, because if I go any darker my character disappears! >.<
Other times some colors are taken away that I don't want taken away... An example being the quest cape emote effects.

Sooo, does anyone have any advice for me? (; Anything from software-specific advice to in-game filming advice would be appreciated. I haven't tried filming in low detail modes, and I've tried with having the grass effect off in HD. I just can't get it. (;
I'm really hoping that we get an in-game green screen effect soon, but until then, I'm going to need some help! (:

@Mr_Sarcastic, I guess she means that you can find in this topic information about editic programs. But it isn't allowed in any forums to post URLs, you can find this on forum rules.
Still go to page 2 in this topic to find the information you are looking for.

@Fergie Angel, I don't know how Premiere works but I found easy a video on youtube where explains how the green screen works on it (and it is similar to sony vegas)
As Gameboy said you need to play with colors to find the point you need. I think there are 3 bars that you can move. In sony vegas there 2 bars, one for lighter green and another for darker and combining both you can remove all greens from HD grass. I guess in Premiere it is similar.
If you cant solve it check a guide on youtube.

Fergie Angel,
try useing the eye dropper tool on the grass and then adjust the color around it, once it is as black as you can get it add the back ground to it and see if it works. ;)
