Screenies of tier 1 or tier 2 will look ace and be perfect and as time goes on and higher tiers are unlocked, different skilling plots open up etc, there's no reason why we can't run a similar comp in the future so that we can give out some more cool stuff and add more screen shots to show the growing nature of your citadels.
There was another question I was going to answer by my mind's a sieve today, brb!

EDIT: Oh yes, that was it. "can we add effects to our screen shots". I'd say that's it best to steer clear of manipulating photos too much as if we're going to be using them for official screen shots adorning RuneScape.com, I wonder if an angry squirrel riding a moped into the Worcester branch of Waitrose might be a bit misleading.
Unless there's a moped update coming that no one's told me about... which would rock btw.

Also, I made another thread about this, but if you don't mind Paul, could you answer this?
"Anyways, I noticed you had a new competition for citadel screen shots - I must say I'm an absolute screenshot/photographer nerd. I will be taking part! I did notice one thing, however, that I think should be changed, and that is the end date. I realize you want the screenshots in time to better show/market the update, but it's too soon. Most citadels will only have a tier of level *2* (nobody will have T3). That's not very impressive to take screenshots of!
At the very least, I suggest pushing the final date back a few days, as most of the current build ticks are set to Tuesday. I would suggest Thursday.
