actually there was this one rp...
Okay, friend of mine had a guy caged up, we're rping as if under meiryditch which everyone agreed with and were all happy with, there's me, my friend, the caged person, and two more vyre people who are also my friends. Another guy shows up, rping a human, and as a vyre turns round he hurls around his flail. te vrye obviously dodges, and me, thinking, okay i should probably deal with this, goes to help my vyre friend stop the guy.
After around 5 minutes of him not responding to my attacks i just go: H E Y A !!!! respond to my attacks please
he acts as if he didnt see them, and me being me says, tis k respond now?
anyway after 10 mins we finally disarm him and throw him to the floor. Knowing that his fate will be a quick stab or being drained to death by his old friend (the prisoner, he was bitten...) i take pity and stab him through the heart...
okay here's the weird bit....
his 'soul' whispers for all to hear that he will not give up, his body floats up into the air and spins around... before dropping down again, immobile. and his spirit then continues talking to us until i just go (umm.. aint you dead?)
him: (yes, your point?)
me: (well... you're dead... that kind of speaks for itself..)
friend: (yea... how do dead people speak?)
him: (its my soul)
me and my friend: ( 0_0 )

Bump, i know im kinda grave digging through the threads here but i feel that the community can get some laughs from this thread and maybe even reflect some old times.
i also have a story for you too
It was a sunny, average, day in the Rising Sun.
The patrons were talking, the beers were being drunk, the occasional gaurd came in and slacked on the job.
An avarege day also means a barfight. There was me, a necromancer, and my freind.
The necromancer had a fire spell charging and aimed at my freind, so, i stepped up and aimed a crossbow (lets call it a crossbow because the ic desciption is very long and i dont feel like descibing it on here) at his head from maybe an inch or so away (around 2.5 to 3 centimeters) he fired the spell and i shot.
he responds by ducking after he shot the spell while simutaniously taking out and spraying oil around us. This is where i get kinda annoyed.
Me: ((the bolt was fired from a few inches away, how are you fast enough to caste a spell, duck and spray oil when its that close))
So we got into this argument and he decided to hop the railing saying he was alive before we even came to an agreement so my freind and i continue to roleplay with my freind, he comes back later, saying that he died and his soul was carried in a crystal and teleported off.
The respect i lost for him was quickly replaced when he accepted death. so now i am at the same level of respect for him as before.
