After acquiring both Miscellania and Etceteria, House Reine has officially merged the two under one name and one banner. The new found Kingdom of Ironfalls.

Under the new established Kingdom, both Islands help each other and under new established rule each citizen granted Citizen of Ironfalls.

With new established rule, the House of Reine have been placed as the new Royal family to lead Ironfalls into a new Golden Age and to repair bridges that had previously been burnt by other occupiers.

This is a new era, Welcome to Ironfalls!

The Story behind a House

House Reine was one such House that had been established first in the North.
Originally it was known as Clan Karga, which saw itself turn into a House.

The Original Lord of the House was one LionAE a.k.a Lord Alistair Karga of the North, eventually being proclaimed King.
Alistair's reign saw that he controlled the Island of Miscellania and Etceteria and brought order. You could in a way say that he was a King in his own right. Thus began the clan of Three Kings.

Alistair was one of the three, then his Brother Tiberious and Theron. The brothers of Alistair were not so comfortable with what they had, but we will come back to that later.

It was during the winter time that Alistair had finally chosen a bride, Lady Greywater. Soon enough an heir to the throne would be born and a Prince would become part of the picture. Little did the star crossed lovers know, this would all change very quickly. After the Prince's 16th Birthday during mid summer, Alistair was stabbed in the back by his brother Theron.

With little choice Lady Greywater and her son the Prince went into exile, after Tiberious ascended the throne, with his begrudged underling brother Theron. Both had ordered the execution of the Prince and that of Lady Greywater for killing Alistair.

Those still loyal to Alistair, protected Lady Greywater and the Prince, and so the Council also went into exile. To protect the family, Karga turned into House Var and again into House Reine. Unfortunately Lady Greywater never made it to Asgarnia, after being shot by a poisoned tipped arrow to her stomach. Her son however made it ashore and was taken in by the hidden order of Knights (a name that I myself will not even say now).

In time the young Prince trained, by the age of 26 he took back some his land and settled down with a family, and so his son Lord Jonathan was born. Thus a new line started.

Ironfalls is the overall name when both Miscellania and Etceteria unified under one banner. Ironfalls now is ready to make that further leap to become open to those who wish to gain citizenship.

Home: Ironfalls Castle: Main home of the Reine family for over 100 years. Constructed in the intention to serve as a military Castle, was later refurbished fully by Lord Jonathan Reine.
The battlements might have taken some damage, but the Castle has never been lost, or placed in a bad state of decay.

Other estates:
Honningfrost Farm - Southern Farm from Falador - As Agreed with the Crown of Asgarnia.

House Reine:

Age of House OOC: 10 years
Age of House IC: 150 years (this does not include the 100 years of the name being Karga).
State of House: In need of revival

Focus of House: Preservation of law and order, the stability of the House, production of finery/ales and general trade.

The House still reserves it's wealth and has always maintained a steady flow of coin, making the House one still to be regarded as part of the game.

1.5: Law and Order:

All the laws below if broken will either be trial by combat, ordeal or by the Royal Court.

I - Murder/man-slaughter is not tolerated within Ironfalls, even if the crime is committed outside of the Kingdom.

- 1st degree murder: Those who conspire/intend to kill another citizen of Ironfalls or even outside of our Kingdom, will be stood in front of the Royal Court to await sentencing.

- Man-slaughter: Those who have killed another citizen or even outside the Kingdom, will be exiled, however the convicted can ask to have a trial by combat, if they are innocent of the crime, the case can be dropped.

II - Theft/Stealing/Looting/Raiding is not permitted under any circumstance, however depending on circumstance, depends on the outcome.
- Theft/Stealing will involve the Court system. Evidence will be provided and a decision made whether the person will be convicted, if convicted, the citizen will either be under house arrest, locked in the cells or have a hand removed.

- Looting is a more serious offence and thus will carry over to the Royal Court for a hearing, which will pass from the lower Court. If convicted either exile or execution will be ruled in favour, depending on the severity.

- Raiding is by all means not acceptable, if convicted, the Royal Court must be presented with evidence. Capital punishment will be carried out.

III - War making/Invasion without consent is a crime and therefore the law must be upheld.
If this is not upheld and broken, then so will the ones committing such treason.

Treason can count as many things, such as defying the King. All acts that are carried out willingly or even being a third party, will be punishable by death.

IV - False claims & unfair trade is a crime and not as severe as the others, but still carries weight.

- False claims, this could be falsifying documentations, quotes of a person, falsifying a product will be put to the lower Courts for examination. (next page)

(continued Law & Order).

- Unfair trade of items of mis selling of products/produce can also be put to the lower Court, and the case examined.

If either False claims or Unfair trade is present, a fine will be asked to repay the loss of the consumer. This fine can be between the amount of 500 to 10,000 gold pieces depending on the amount due and compensation required.

(More laws I am sure will follow)
