“To whom it may concern,

As the first gathering of the Assembly of Tirannwn approaches, my office wishes the collect preliminary views from the general public, regarding several areas of Government. To facilitate this, the State of Tirannwn is to host a public gathering at the official residence of Chancellor Cynfor Elis in Lletya, on the 37th of Novtumber (Friday, 23rd of November @ 8PM Game Time) .

It has been determined by my administration that the presence of at least one (or more) representatives, from your respective government would be appreciated, to facilitate the development of our foreign, economic and cultural policies. Food and Drink will be provided at the event, and overnight accommodation can be arranged if you so desire.

The Gwarchod will ensure the security and protection of any dignaties you may send to our lands for the duration of this gathering, and will cooperate with any security force you may provide with them. However for security reasons, we will be imposing security checks to confiscate arms and other forbidden items from individuals attending, though foreign dignitaries that are recognized by the State of Tirannwn may be exempted on a case-by-case basis.

I do hope you can attend. While you are not obliged to do so in any way, we would appreciate a reply to this letter with your response to our administration , and if in attendance, any arrangements you wish to be made beforehand.

House Reinhardt

Residing in Catherby; the Family’s center of power. The seas bring various goods, crafts and hidden gems from across Gielnor. Formed approximately 200 years prior to the current date of our Lord Saradomin by Remilio Reinhardt, A man dipped into the seedy gang life of Catherby, robbing trade ships under the cover of darkness with two of his closest friends: Jacques Pasui and Terania Ania. All young, seeking wealth. Needless to say, their rough beginnings rooted in criminal activity created a base of wealth, a good base each of them needed to begin selling and buying various goods, investing and profiting faster than your common merchant; due to the fact that any rival merchants would find themselves at the bottom of the docks before meeting their end to the mouths of carnivorous sea creatures. A rough business, but it proved successful. Before long the trio of dirty names found themselves at the top of Catherby’s little society, purchasing a large home wherein they would establish their families. At this point each of the three were married, and thus a larger home was constructed in the City to house all three families. Inter-marriage between the three bloodlines began and the surname Reinhardt was adopted as their main surname to use: banking, business transactions and the home they lived in was named Reinhardt Manor. A majority of their wealth built over the century was due to the exploitation of lesser merchants who they’d furnish with goods and then proceed to collect interest on.
Along with their public business, the three continued their undercity business, running out competition and for such a small city it was possible, the docks were right there.

At this point in time, the family has established itself from a clan into a House, recognized by their accrued wealth as somewhat of a nobility, a lesser tier at that. Their current trade deals extend across Gielnor, acting as the middleman for many traders, charging fees and cuts of interest for docking unregistered ships in Catherby’s docks. Their business furnishes Catherby’s infrastructural needs in exchange for leadership positions. The citizens couldn’t be more pleased, a clean town, cheaply priced food, modern housing and steady jobs working under House Reinhardt, no one had the mind to question why there weren’t merchants of different business in the streets anymore; the fact was most of them couldn’t compete in prices.

The House operates in three sectors, one bloodline for each

Reinhardt itself operates in the business sector, running merchant ships across Gielnor, importing and exporting goods, brokering new deals, figuring out interest rates, taxes and how to enrich their House further. Those belonging to Bloodline Reinhardt are marked by their fairer skin, curled dark brown hair and large dark brown eyes. Their bodies are leaner than their counterparts and most notably a majority of their bloodline have lisps.

The second, Bloodline Pasiu deals with ensuring the House’s financial security, dealing in securement of vaults, wealth, and breaking rival traders in a trade war. Their members are distinct with their heavier build, blonde hair and deep green eyes. They also at times act as the Manor’s personal guard unit, but no more than 20 active guards actually serve such an area, there’s no need other than defense from home invaders.

The third, Bloodline Ania works the political sphere of Catherby, they control the City’s infrastructure, taxes to the Kandarinian Empire, and responsible for sending representatives along to join the ranks of Kandarin’s larger Political Sphere. Their members are distinct by their athletic build, jet black hair and almond black eyes.
