Aren Rising Conclusion
As the group ventured into the dungeon where the portal had been sensed through-out the Kingdom of Kandarin, A Golem had sprung out of the reality wound. It showed the ability to absorb magicks and re-direct others, out of what was considered fear the Head-Mistress of the Magic Guild, Genevieve Adair had jumped through the portal. The Golem quickly followed in pursuit, and the group consisting of Arch-Mage of Kandarin, Axel Vekon, Joanna Lavelle, and Orza Arcano.
When they arrived on the other side of the collapsing portal, they found that Genevieve and The Golem were not there, the plane of existence seemed to be an ever-storm. Lightning crashing everywhere, thunderous booms and heavy rain-fall. As they explored the storming realm in search for their friend, they came across The Golem at the southern end of the plane, after a small skirmish it over-loaded on magicks from Axel Vekon and ruptured into a dimensional wound essentially, rippling across the storm-realm. As they continued their search for the Head-Mistress they could sense another power at the North-end of the realm.
As they approached the being, it was essentially Howl but in his 'raw' form. They had found the newly appointed Magic-Guild leader was spiritually broken from mental torment, possibly never functioning the same again. He revealed his plans of a Golem army in an attempt to invade Gielnor, but a quick yap from Or*a Arcano caused him to fire a Shadow spear at her, piercing through her throat and sending her seemingly to her death.
As Howl released custody of Eve, the dimension itself began collapsing thus motivating him and his opposition to teleport out of there. But as they go back to their realm, it might be felt that there are multiple rifts across the Kingdom of Kandarin.
We might've just created something very powerful, something that can change the world.
The Last of the Aren's.
