Magical Skills and Specialty: Edgar has worked with law magic his entire life, pioneering some of the advances forms of telekinetic and teleportation applications that this discipline of the arcane entails. He's also a capable enchanter, diviner, and body mage, using this later to help his weak heart keep beating. He's got a huge magical potential due to his heritage from both of his parents being from magical families and being tower graduates themselves. He's usually limited, however, by this constant need to keep his heart going.

Reason for joining: Edgar's life has always been about progression, from young noble to student, from student to teacher, and from teacher to private investigator and demon hunter. He's hoping to take a bit of a step back here and return to his alma mater and renew his teaching position and maybe relax a little for once in his life.

Magical Skills and Speciality: Specializes in non-combat applications of magic and divine energies, especially in crafting purposes. Master Runecrafter and Diviner, Expert Enchanter and Inventor. Not amazing at combat magic, but supplements this disadvantage with creative uses of his inventions.

Reason for joining: I've been skilling in 42 for a couple weeks now and haven't gotten a single chance to roleplay. I also was in this group for a few weeks a loooooong time ago (as Vis, the library assistance construct) and enjoyed the company of the people in it back then.
A true artisan knows the best benefit of the job is the satisfaction of creating that which no one else can!

...Well, that and the money. Can't buy booze with satisfaction.

Wonderful! I'll try to catch you at some point when you're not too caught up in your duties. However I must inform you that through the rest of this month, I will be attending Oldak's lessons on Cave Goblin Electrical Magicks and Their Applications in the Field of Invention and Machinery (irl Electrical trade classes) most Monday and Wednesday nights, so it will likely be Tuesday when I am able to be available for any particularly long stretch of time (from around 5pm to 10pm EST).

Magical Skills and Specialty: Octavian has been around magic his entire life. From training with his uncle Rorric Dae to learn the family Shadow Magic; to training under the greats like Rexotic Silversmith, Aoife Le'gaunt, Val Dae, Virah Bordeleaux, Felix Nocte, Elrina Lansing, Helena Eriador and Kota Rovin. Through these people, Octavian was able to become disciplined and find his passion for script magic and learn to cast magic solely from stored divine energy. He draws a strong comparison to his aunt Aoife Le'gaunt in being described as learning at an accelerated rate than the average mage. This path led him to become the apprentice of the Grey Order at 17. By the age of 19, he was appointed as the youngest Order Head of the Grey Order. Currently, Octavian continues his studies to improve script magic at the Mage Training Arena in Al Kharid.

Reason for joining: Octavian hopes to give back to the place that helped him find his place in the world of magic. Specifically, he hopes to be someone to help offer advice for those seeking it and prevent students from heading down a dark path. His biggest regret was having to put down a former apprentice who became a dark wizard, and since then he has made a vow to himself to try and keep others from following that path.
