Expect a follow up post this evening when I'm off work with more tangible details, but:
1) Daku I would have appreciated a little more patience; being an adult does not give me a free range of time when it's convenient for others.
2) Sharne, I'm disappointed with this direction of behavior and find it very unappealing for a group leader of any type, let alone a PoK/PoC.
You are all making baseless assumptions. I was perfectly willing to let him use the guild.
But dear Ridaku wouldn't even let me finish a single sentence in-game. I simply wanted to set up an arrangement between his rp and Asgarnia, as while it can be an independent organization, it still must pay taxes and sign agreements with Asgarnia.
But he wouldn't even hear fully what I had to say and resorted to"Nope, I'm ignoring you. Final say."
If he isn't willing to speak with me like an adult, there is little I can do. And so if he won't acknowledge us, then we'll just have to treat his group as unrecognized as well.
All that for a pile of bricks.

I don't see where the problem is with RiDaku running the guild if it wasn't being put to use in the first place.
God forbid someone try to bring activity to an unused piece of content. Unlucky
I may have an app here eventually if I can be assed
This is intellectually dishonest.
You know as well as I do that Spart decided to give it to him, as if he could just do so without even consulting his other Sin members, or Asgarnia itself. No one notified me, and I had to find out myself.
If Spart had told me he would not use it, I would have done something with it. It was out of respect for Spart that I patiently waited for rp to pop up there.
All that for a pile of bricks.
At no point did I say that I'm not recognizing Burthorpe or Asgarnia. You came on to my thread offering me a bunch of hoops to jump through with "These many people have claim to it regardless of their leader offering it off to someone else, and then you can come to me and hope to be given the guild", and then commented that if it wasn't a sandbox, we should talk in-game.
It was there that I told you that you are more than free to claim that you don't recognize me or my roleplay, and commented that I hadn't seen you at all in-game the past while so I couldn't have contacted you about it even if I wanted to. I told you I plan on continuing my roleplay regardless, because I personally view that the Guilds should not be influenced in the slightest by the Kingdoms.
You then attempted to claim I had not been online the past week, as if trying to say that that would make me ineligible to run a roleplay of any kind - Despite the fact that I've been either idling in falador or training on the beach all week, with my online status set to "all" ever since the auction hosted by Tom. You then began to talk about the people you'd rather give the guild to, whereupon I left the clan chat.
You decided to ignore my roleplay, which I won't argue over, as I had invited you to do so if you don't like my stance on guilds, how I run the Guild, or me. However, Sharne,
please
don't go announcing that I had claimed I don't recognize anything with Asgarnia.
I'd appreciate this being the last word on the subject while on this thread.
If it's such a pressing issue, you can create another thread solely to discuss it, or take it in-game for a debate. Thank you for the support that was shown, but I'd also like for that to stop if it's accompanied with shaming Asgarnia, as that'll be considered baiting a reply from Asgarnia.

They think they are "the many", and I "the few". They think this gives them the right to walk over me.
Sharne Aren - As requested, please allow the post above to be the last post on the subject, and if you need to discuss it, please do so ingame. Thanks.
Jak will be opening the Guild doors again and letting all warriors come to eat, drink, fight and be merry at 23:00 game time (that's 7pm EST) tomorrow. Felt like I should post it here since the FC hasn't been that populated the past few days.
