Given that Ridaku has voiced in-game he is unwilling to interact with Asgarnia and agree to a deal for the guild, we will not be recognizing it, nor any of it's operations in Asgarnia. It will receive no support. All that for a pile of bricks.

I did. but just because you declare it to be so does not change how a pok operates. You aren't running it. Whats done is done however, I'm going on things more worth while now!

The only person losing out here is you. All that for a pile of bricks.

Wouldn't Burth have some sort of guards roam the city and notice that suddenly an empty building would be claimed by this one guy? Quickly learn how to Roleplay on RuneScape!

I thought I was doing meetings with people, holding rps with friends, and attending to rps in other kingdoms. Huh, I guess none of that happend. Oh well! Maybe it was you? All that for a pile of bricks.
