The warriors guild is currently in possession of The Sins. Not only that, you would do well to consult Asgarnian leaders before setting up shop somewhere. Myself especially, regarding Burthorpe.

So unless this is a sandbox RP, we need to have a chat in-game sometime. All that for a pile of bricks.

That doesn't matter. Asgarnia gave it specifically to the Sins for their participation in the war. That means that if the remaining sins members do not claim it still, then you have to go through asgarnia to get the warriors guild. It is not genuinely Sparts to give to you completely free of any interaction with asgarnia.

You must speak with Asgarnian people, specifically Eofare, as he runs Burthorpe. All that for a pile of bricks.
