Company/shop description: Funded by Edgar's pension from the Edgeville Military, Cloak and Swagger started as an idea among likeminded individuals to find a way to help the common people of the realm. Since its opening years ago, the team has tackled hundreds of cases and stopped countless crimes. Many criminals have been sent to Varrock's prisons from this small building in the slums, ranting about blue skinned detectives, fancy gadgets, weird time boys, and ladies with exploding books.

Those higher up in the government that deal with taxes would know that despite being a smallish building in a shitty part of town, the agency pays a hecka lot of taxes, suggesting quite a revenue despite almost never charging for their services.

While the city of Varrock is sadly quite inland (a shame really), it will be difficult, but I am hoping to come visit you and 'catch up' on how things have been in each of our lives since I saw you last outside the Magical Tower. Perhaps yourself, our friend Magus Concendo, and I could all get together some time for a meal. I've much to say, mostly regarding the bureaucracy of the current Tower and how it has made it nearly impossible to speak with the new Archmage.

Haha. This has been in the planning for a few days, although the merchant republic thing kind of just came about. It's been a bit of a rush, but, we definitely look forward to hosting the role-play events soon to come. Your app is accepted, and I'll put all this up on the thread here in a second.
