Following the Queen issuing her ultimatum, it was reported that a company of some 200-300 White Knights were deployed from the city of Falador due west, through Asperton and then north, towards where a narrow passage between the Lake Crystalmere and the sea just south of Taverley. It was here, among the fields of wheat, the White Knight company would make camp.

It is unclear if this movement had anything to do with Her Majesty's ultimatum, but it could become known that the White Knight presence was to be felt close to Burthorpe.

No offical response had arrived yet from Burthorpe. The only news came in the form of talk that the Lord Protector Frederick Grimdark had called the Burthorpe Estates-General to debate the issue of the Queen's ultimatum.

Though more troubling for Asgarnia, was the spare rumors of the Imperial Guard being stationed along the Burthorpe border and levies were being raised by the Anglian Earls.

15 Moevyng, Year 7, Sixth Age
Master Alexander Dowling of the White Knights,
5th Company, Camp Anvil, Lake Crystalmere;
Preliminary Report on the Status of Camp Anvil

Your Majesty, Sedna, the Queen of Asgarnia,
Manfred Keenan, Grand Master of the White Knights,

The Fifth Company has arrived at its destination by the lake, Crystalmere, and construction of Camp Anvil has begun. Initial contact with the local community has appeared amiable and there are currently no signs of protest to our presence. We have employed loyal citizens of the realm from nearby farms and homesteads to help construct the camp in exchange for a fair wage, increasing the speed of aforementioned construction. We number some three hundred, currently. Morale appears to be high.

Camp Anvil is composed of several smaller encampments. There is a main camp, where the bulk of our company will reside, and several smaller nests scattered around the flanks of it, intended for our rotating sentries to watch for an advancing army; if one appears, then it will send word back to the main camp and trigger mobilization. In this regard, it acts as a beacon system. Each sentry nest as well as some patrols to and from the camp, or between these nests, is equipped with at least one hound. The camps, including the sentry nests, are all mostly enclosed by wooden palisades with ditches lined with stakes in front of them, to prevent an advancing hostile force from entering the camp. Each sentry camp has two openings, however most are in heavily defensible positions. Overall, the terrain is flat, as well as damp and muddy as it tends to rain, in this area. There are few hills, trees or other natural obstructions, so it would be difficult to take us by surprise here, were Anvil to come under attack.

At this point, I can report that our status is satisfactory.

A day after mobilization of a White Knight company to their current position beside Lake Crystalmere, between Asperton and Taverley, messengers with word of the Queen's consent for the nobility of the Crownlands to raise their banners, following a similar action in Burthorpe. The numbers raised being somewhere about four to six thousand soldiers.

The levies raised from the Crown's own lands and holdings would begin to congregate north of Falador, intended to meet at a castle set somewhere, due north of the capital, between Burthorpe and Falador. Though it would take some weeks yet for the levies to amass themselves into a singular army. For now, it seemed the route they would soon take would put them closer to the city; alongside the thousands of soldiers, there were components for trebuchet siege engines, and cannons of various sizes, sent alongside them in wagons.

As tension between the rebellious Duke of Burthorpe and the newly-crowned Queen of Asgarnia continues to escalate, there has been no word yet of further communication between them regarding the latter's ultimatum. The likelihood of this matter being resolved peacefully appears to be dissipating rapidly.

An update on the progress in Sarimia.

The Duke spent days discussing various topics with his vassals, though what they discussed was not made public, those on the otherside of Sarimia's borders would begin to notice an increase in bannermen presence. No wagons left Sarimia and none were allowed to enter. The ships they available to them were placed in a defense formation in the port.

Silence is what Sarimia offered those around them now.
It's just business.

Under the cover of night a fleet of fifty-six ships set off from the ports of Karamja to amass on the island's northeastern coasts. Once they neared their rendezvous position the fleet went dark, sails raised, and anchors dropped. Come dawn the fleet was brought to full sail once more, the fastest ships of the fleet were sent out front, making their way to intercept any ships in the waters between Karamja and Asgarnia. The primary group of the heaviest ships made to secure both ends of the western Asgarnia waterways, forming a blockade. Any Asgarnian military or civilian ships that were caught in the blockade would have the choice to drop anchor until permitted to pass or be engaged, any non-Asgarnian ships were left unhindered and allowed to traverse the waters freely. Captains of the leading ships of each detachment were equipped with a commorb in order to be relayed orders from the mainland as updates were made available to them.

The 56 ship fleet was detailed as follows :
-4 shield-wall ships
-15 clippers
-5 corvettes
-10 bombard ships
-10 Pallas-class frigates
-10 galleons
-1 Man o' war
-1 Cutter.

The blockades being made up of a staggered and randomly ordered line of bombards, frigates, galleons, and shield wall ships.
The escorts and chase ships consisted of clippers, and corvettes.
The single Man o' war and cutter are both designated as support ships; the cutter is to be used to relay information, while the Man o' war will assist in quelling enemy ships should friendlies be against unsafe odds.

O.O.C.

Hit Buppy or I up if you want to fight back or interact regarding this in any way. We'll make another post or reach out to set up a meeting or somethin' in the near future to discuss reasoning and terms for relinquishment.

Hi, is this different to this (http://services.runescape.com/m=forum/forums.ws?237,238,465,66062580,goto,23)? If so, what one is more "legitimate"?

Yes, they are different. Its legitimacy is subjective: it really depends who you ask. If you want to figure out which is more legitimate in your own eyes, ask around the community for the backstory as to why there are two Asgarnias.

They are different in that they dispute which group is the legitimate, public roleplaying PoK group in Asgarnia. As Oxtus said, the answer to your question is subject to differing interpretation. Unfortunately, I believe it doesn't really help to involve yourself in the drama between the two.

Imo, if you are looking for a roleplaying group that is a bit more down-to-earth, and definitely more in line with the lore of the game, it is this one. The other PoK is populated by characters who do not satisfy the rules and guidelines of lore, such as the King being undead and also keeping an undead dragon as a companion. In the holiest Saradominist city of Gielinor. Yeah, right.

So, it's up to you, but, y'know.
