Well, I think it's probably true that the Rising Sun is the most common freelance place.
But from what I've seen during my daily life running-around is that especially the Blue Moon gets a lot of love, and sometimes the Forester's Arms as well.
After that, the Jolly Boar is always popular for events and I think the Hair of the Dog at least was a very hot hotspot a while ago. Not sure how it's now. My existence is debatable, but likely.

Rising Sun! I find that the Blue Moon gets some good traffic too, but the Rising Sun wins by a landslide every time.

People diss it, and sure, crazy stuff happens there, but it's where most of us got our start.

I think you know the answer here, but it'd be great if you could make the tavern bigger when you eventually revamp Falador.
