May it please Your Majesty,

Long may you reign. My name is Rosaline Eloise Haines and I write to you this day humbly requesting Your Majesty's consideration for the position of Court Mage. I cannot overstate my knowledge of all things arcane, nor will I withhold my past affiliations with religious orders (or lack thereof) from Your Majesty. Several years of my life have been spent working alongside Zamorakian and Godless mages of varying skill levels and schools. Currently, I'm studying at the Wizards' Tower to broaden my knowledge of magic. References can be provided should Your Majesty require them. If you've already found another to Your Majesty's liking then I would ask for an administrative position in Your Majesty's government. Just as before I have also spent many years in said religious orders as an administrator in different leadership positions. It would be an honor and a privilege to serve Your Majesty in any capacity, and help the city I was born in prosper.

Amonst the mass of letters that the King would undoubtedly have to sort through in the coming few days, one would be very ornate, easily popping among the pile. Gold leaf trimming both the envelope and the letter, sealed not just with wax but a small Saradomin star made of gold.

Greetings and good health to you, King James. Allow me to introduce myself, and pretend to be the first to say I'm relieved to see a follower of such a closely-related faith step in to power in Misthalin - It has been far too long. Misthalin's history is a grand tapestry of disappointment, the Saradominists that claim their faith acted far too frequently against His teachings. My name is my title, for what it once was is long lost to me. I am the Sage of Light, a devout follower of my lord Saradomin since birth. You will see mention of my name and miracles throughout history, an archmage in His name. My most notable contributions are in this very land, driving the Vampyre scourge back behind their fog with my light. It is in mine own best interests to see this kingdom prosper as it once did, and serve as a shining brilliance against the forces of tyranny that infest the east. With this in mind, I intend to visit you within the week and properly greet you, and be greeted in turn. I strongly hope that you would let me advise you in the matters of order, to compliment your interest in law. We both wish for justice.
