Power(s), Abilities, and/or Skill(s): Frerin spent years travelling throughout the land and has proved to be an excellent survivalist and hunter. He learned to live off of very little resources when necessary and used them wisely. Frerin has very keen hearing and excellent eyesight, which proved useful for hunting. As for battle, Frerin is very fast on his feet which is excellent for close range combat. His arm reach isn't that great, but because of his speed he can quickly make an attack, and move away. Frerin, through the use of his enchanted lute, can use certain sound patterns to manipulate magical energies. The magical energies in turn are used to heal himself and others.

Weaknesses: Fatal wounds. Frerin also has a fear of open water due to not being a strong swimmer. He tends to stay clear of ships and boats as well due to this fear.

Weapons/Specialized Tools: Feraruil (see under Other, various axes, and an enchanted lute (see under Other).

Clothing/Armour: Frerin wears a coat of chainmail and plated chainskirt. He wears a long surcoat decorated in the color of his house which he wears over his armour. He also wears a pair of steel and leather gauntlets. In battle he wears his grandfather's helmet. He has a round shield across his back and an assortment of axes on his belt. When not in battle, Frerin is dressed in a simple black tunic and trousers. He wears a gray cloak and matching hood. He always wears a pair of heavy duty climbing boots.

Personality: Frerin is a proud dwarf and is not afraid to speak the truth. He may appear self-centered, but whoever befriends him will know that his heart is in the right place. In battle, Frerin is a loyal ally to his friends. He loves a good "goblin bashing" and is working on a book called "How to Impress your Mates". Frerin finds a stationary life to be very boring and is always on the move. He enjoys playing the lute and singing songs about the days gone past.

Description: Frerin is a rather well built dwarf. He is always on the move and traveling. Instead of a round stomach like most of his fellow dwarves, Frerin has a muscular build. Frerin has long black hair that cascades past his shoulders, and a long braided split beard. His hazel eyes and bushy eyebrows make his facial expressions all the better when he tells his stories in taverns.

Eye Color: Hazel

Height/Weight: 4'7 105lbs.

Scars/Exotic Body Features: Frerin is missing the tip of his right index finger. Under his left eye he has a stitch scar.

Description: Engraved in its blade are Elven protection runes. The hilt of the sword is shaped like a crescent moon, and engraved upon the hilt in Elvish is: Not all those who wander are lost.

Powers: The sword gives the wielder a boost of speed.

Name: Caritas

Type: Lute

Length/Weight: 2'5 3lbs

Make: Maple and strung by dragon sinew

Description: Caritas has a round body with a long fretted neck. It has four strings. It is painted white with an Elven phrase carved around the mouth of the lute. The phrase in Elvish reads: You Just Can't Act, You Have to Listen. You can't just Act, You Have to Think.

Powers: Through an incantation, the user is able to heal themselves and others.

Power(s), Abilities, and/or Skill(s): The good Duke is more than he likes to show. Secretly, he has been made immortal through a pact with some of the fell powers in the world. This manifests as eternal youth, and he simply regenerates any wounds given to him.


Weaknesses: As part of his pact, he must never gaze upon the portrait of him and his first wife again, or the pact will be undone with devastating results. It is for this very reason that the portrait is kept covered and hidden.


Weapons/Specialized Tools: As a gentleman, the Duke always carry his cane.


Clothing/Armour: The nobleman wears finery of some sort for generally every situation.


Description: Unfairly handsome, with a lean physical build. His piercing grey eyes have melted more than his fair share of women's hearts.

Height/Weight: 5'11, 165 pounds.


Scars/Exotic Body Features: Rex has a diagonal scar on both sides of his chest, roughly five inches across.

Alignment: Ariana is Zarosian, and while she isn't one to speak of it often, she still acts on its beleifs. She acts on her own needs first and foremost, but as expected of her religion, she tends to accept things as fate, and thus is quick to adapt to a normally shocking situation.


Occupation: Mercenary; If it pays money, it's not likely she'll turn it down. Anything from playing guard and assassination, to shipping goods and anything in between.


Power(s), Abilities, and/or Skill(s): Enhanced vision - Ariana is able to see a bit further out than most humans, without losing the same clarity she'd have at closer ranges. She can also see in the dark a bit more clearly.
Enhanced reflex - She has a slightly improved reaction time in certain situations, and this allows her slightly faster coordinated movements, if she puts forth the effort and concentration.


Weaknesses:
Her desires are sometimes strong enough to be playeded on, whether she's given a choice in these matters or not. Her blunt attitude and sarcasm makes her often less looked to for conversation or company. She sometimes loses her sense of caution due to various reasons, and will simply charge blade-first into a situation, often causing trouble.

Weapons/Specialized Tools: As far as gear, Ariana is rather ordinary. Her primary weapons are a pair of longswords, similar in design, but slightly varied. Both are of steel, strong and durable enough, though her main hand longsword's edges have been shaved down and adamantite metal forged onto the blade in their place. In addition, Arian also tends to carry around a dagger and a few thrown knives, just in case. She owns a longbow as well, though she is rarely seen using that.

Clothing/Armour: Ariana's favorite colors consist of black, greys, and purples, and this is often reflected in the clothes and armor she wears. In battle, Ariana prefers speed and agility over armor and resistance, and usually wears leather gear, or a mix of leather and light plate metal, usually made of steel. Dressed casually, she enjoys short skirts and various tops, whatever she finds comfortable.


Description: Ariana is of an average build, not too skinny, but also not terribly musclar, it definately shows that she can carry her own weight. Musclarity aside, her pale complexion and attractive features would make one think of her as frail.. Were it not for her typical expression of general distaste, and the two heavy longswords sheathed against her back. Her hair, while not terribly long, extends down to nearly the base of her neck, but rather than the silky flowing type, her hair is rather crude and messy, carelessly tossed back and streaked randomly with a pale indigo.


Hair Color: Black, often with portions dyed purple.


Eye Color: Dark brown.


Height/Weight: Ariana stands at about 5'7. Ask her weight, and she'll cut you.


Scars/Exotic Body Features: None, really. She likes her body a lot, and doesn't wish to add anything so silly. As fore scars, her life up to this point hasn't been quite so exciting.
