Title: Phantom of the Slums - Part 1.

Time/Date: Whenever.

Description: Amid the beggars and thieves of the slums of Varrock, an entity whom would stick out from the crowd is rumoured to appear around midnight, chasing down would-be criminals and delivering justice, albeit the justice of a being believing themselves to be above the law. The City Guard has been unable to track this person or thing down, as it seems they vanish into thin air at the first sense of actual lawmen. As such, the guardsmen wish to task the Arbiters with finding and investigating this entity, first and foremost. Perhaps try to befriend the entity, if such a thing is possible. Reports are to be brought to the city guard upon completion.

Arbiters who are able to lay low and not cause suspicion are ideal for this task.

Physical Desctiption: Ellie is a young girl, age 15 years old currently, she wears her hair short and blood red and light pink, with light hazel eyes, she is considered slightly taller than other girls her age, approximately 160cm tall, Ellie's upper body is also well developed from her training as an archer from an early age, this training included learning to craft enchanted arrows made of rune essence that she uses as a spellbow, launching various different types of arrows from her quiver.

History: Ellie was raised in an irregular household of Varrock, her father and mother always wanted a son to teach them the family art of archery, upon her birth, though still caring, it was obvious Ellie was wanted to be a boy from the early training she would go through in basic archery, at the age of 12 she was firing a bow more accurately than many much older than her, this particular art, she fell in love with, in a sense, Ellie has since adored the bow, preferring it to any other, at age 13 she sought a tutor to help improve her skills further, this was when she came across the world of enchanting.

For the following three years Ellie would spend her time learning how to create her own special arrows during the day, and sneaking away from her household at night to practise on targets at night with her new bow, often causing trouble for her family, constantly being harassed over the loud crackling of her flame arrows, or the destruction caused by her earthen arrows, her family would ask her to leave, for their sake, she voluntarily left the city in search of her new home...
