Introduction

All over the continent fliers began to appear. Fliers for a new guild. Far from hero, far from villain, the guild is a guild of bounty hunters. Or so the flier states. Similar in many ways to the Heroes Guild, currently located on a large island, the Arbiters of Honor are a place for people to seek adventure. Sellswords, bounty hunters, adventurers. The guild caters to all, and all cater to the guild. Though, this guild provides more than just adventure to those that seek it. The guild provides safety to those that ask it. Though these men, women, creatures without a gender, are far from heroes, they like the nobles heroes, hope to make the world a slightly safer place.

OOC Info

To make things clear. We aren't in any way related to the Heroes Guild in any way. Check them out. They are cool. I myself was a member. I will not deny the style of our rps are very similar. In fact, this is very much inspired by it. The main difference is that in this RP, we are much, much, much more lenient with what we allow. I would like to thank Rhys, Seth, Zrie for being my personal inspirations.

Now. In other news. This is an plot-based RP clan. While we have plots, we also intend to have plenty of casuals to keep time between RPs. Now that that is out of the way, I welcome you to the Arbiters of Honor.

Rules

5) You are entitled to an opinion. You will not be judged for it, but some might disagree with it.

6) Be mature.

7) Be mature. There I said it twice.

8) Even though this is a roleplay-based clan, some might choose to not roleplay. As such, please respect these people and do not harass them about their choices. However, the same may be said in reverse. If you do not wish to rp, but someone else does, respect that.

9) You are entitled to three strikes for each rule. The first strike is a warning. The second strike is a stern chat. The third strike, you are out. (I hate for it to be so harsh, but... Well... Past Experience.)

10) For the sake of the gods! Keep it PG-13!

IC Rules

1) Fighting without consent can, and will get you kicked out of the guild.

2) Hurting the innocent is absolutely forbidden. This will also get you kicked out, as well as get you blacklisted from future membership with any other guild.

3) 10% of your earnings from every job are to be donated to the Guild as a due of sorts. This keeps our operation going by paying for various resources that are made available to us.

4) If you wish to file a complaint, please do so. We like to know your problems, and hope to make them better.

5) Avoid politics. This includes barfights, and crimes. Our guild is respectable, and we hope to retain a good standing with our potential clients. Remember, you are the face of the guild. Act accordingly. This will be excused if it is deemed that you had no other option.

On a notice board are pinned many pieces of paper with the description of the job, the target (If applicable), and the reward.

Tax Exempt

A man owing a debt to the mining guild of Keldagrim has run off in hopes of escaping from said debt. It is your job to find him and either bring him back, or bring back the money.

Guild Ranks

Guild Founder

One of the people who signed the contract to start the guild. While on paper, they are the figures of the highest authority in the guild, they do not necessarily hold said authority among the members. This is more of an honorific if anything among the main community. However, these people also hold the most responsibility, dealing with issues such as resource allocation and job management.

Guild Elite

A warrior who has been in the guild for a long time, and earned a great deal of fame, glory, and reputation. It is not easy to attain this rank. One must risk life and limb on many occasions to even hope to be considered for this position.

Guild Veteran

Only for the dedicated, this ranks can be achieved in a wide variety of ways, including earning the respect of all of the guild members, and preforming truly heroic feats.

Guild Member

The majority of the guild. Those with potential to be better. This ranks is achieved by proving yourself. Possibly several times.

Recruit

Last, but not least, the newest members of the guild. They are recent arrivals, and aren't really to be trusted. They can be anyone, and until they prove themselves, their access to the guild's facilities is limited.

Key Locations

The Jolly Boar

After the initial battle with Malus that sparked the start of this Guild, the founding members agreed that a base of operations was necessary. After a bit of consideration, the Echo offered it's bar as a temporary solution. The Jolly Boar is a large establishment just south of the Wilderness Wall, and east of Varrock. It is currently the only known bar that exists to cater to monsters, as well as normal people. This bar is run by the Echo since the disappearance of it's previous owner, Seaver. There is one rule that can, and must be enforced: No indoor fighting.
