I figured I might as well.

-Location: Black Knight's Fortress
-A little summary of your character: He was raised in an abusive home with two brothers, but eventually they escaped the night their mother was killed. They never stayed anywhere more than a few nights, and they stole to make it by. One night, when Ryder was 10, they slept in the Lumbridge graveyard, Ryder heard a commotion, and went to cautiously investigate. He found his brothers dead in the catacombs, with foot prints leading away. Ryder ran away, thinking it was his father. It was then that Ryder refused to get close to anybody ever again, in fear that they would just die or hurt him, like his family. This eventually morphed his mind so that he became ruthless and merciless. When he was 20, he joined the Kinshra Knights due to his love of Chaos and Strength. While with the Kinshra, he lost his eye and gained a reputation for being unintelligent and an overall ass. After a Baron exiled him and a squire, he tried fighting the other knights, but got over powered and ran with the squire. Eventually, they fought their way back into the fortress and he stabbed the previous Baron, resulting in the Baron to puff into smoke. Ryder killed him, as appearances go. For this, he was promoted to Commander.

Lord Saradomin has no qualms with them, as long as they continue to serve their nessacery function.

I want to say the VK are treated respectfully across Asgarnia, considering all things.

At the same time, I can't stick my finger at an active VK clan to assert this. Just going off the lore, there shouldn't be problems as long as pesky mainland legations remain nonexistant.

@ Pyro,

Like I said, another role-player has priority of what region she'll be a major of after Buthorpe's leadership changes back to Analf. Sorry to keep you waiting, but we will let you know when she's decided and you can have the choice of becoming the major of the region she didn't choose or another position within the Imperial Guard.

Pretty much what Nat said. As long as they're fighting pests I don't see Saradomin caring.

Right you worm wranglers. I know the community in general is in a bit of downer but,

I feel that we need to make an active effort to bring back the Rising Sun. What I mean is that for years that brightly colored cesspool was a surefire way to find roleplay. Sure, it was hardly ever anything you'd wanna touch with a ten foot barge pole. Sure, I and many others actively looked down on whatever was going on in the place. But we've all been turds before and when I really think about since I've been back I realize that I miss the option. I miss there being a place where people just... roleplay.

I'd rather have it be a cesspool than a deadzone, but guys. It doesn't have to even be a cesspool!

Which is why I propose to the Asgarnian Hubbadub that once or twice a week two or three people head down to the Rising Sun and just casually roleplay. Make it known that they're doing so and actively invite others.

Say what you will about roleplay at the Rising Sun in the past, I genuinely feel that if a few made an effort to bring back and create a consistent positive image of a tradition our community had for years, for an actual decade I think. It'll be a good step to making our community more like a community (again). Maybe you haven't been around long enough or whatever but I do remember meeting a lot good roleplayers that ended up becoming genuine friends there. That's the real value of the Rising Sun. Come on guys, I don't like being honest and genuine just do it because I have no intention of taking any of the first steps because I'm a lazy asshole. Was apart of HB3K and RADBAD. Please google that last one, I want it to be seen.
