I seek a meeting with Tsardom of Canifis should they still roam and control Canifis. If not, I would like to be contacted either way in-game on who runs Canifis region.

The Tsardom is long-gone, and to my knowledge, nobody's currently making use of Canifis (or Morytania in general) The Sicarius |
